Cooked Kibbled Soya, Cooked Soya Protein, Cooked Grains (15%) (Basmati Rice, Buckwheat, Amaranth, Red Quinoa, Black Barley, Wild Rice, Chia Seeds), Beetroot (5%), Carrot, Orange Juice Concentrate (3%), Sugar, Balsamic Vinegar (1%) (Sulphites), Natural Flavouring, Dijon Mustard, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Glucono Delta Lactone; Orange (0.4%), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Basil, Natural Basil Flavouring

Pierce film several times. Heat on full 800-W for 1 minute a tray or 2 minutes for 2 trays. Peel back film, fluff grains in tray. (Microwave ovens vary, adjust time accordingly).
